Review my mortgage my mortgage with Loancare/Northsrar
I have a mortgage with Northstar which came from
lOANCARE, LOANCARE transfered my loan to
Northstar, but before Loancare transfered me in
march I sent my payment to Loancare by money
order Loancare claimed they never got my pay-
ment so this will cause my loan to fall behind I
had to contact the money order people to send
me a copy ofthe money order again Loancare still
stated they had not receive the money order as of
now this put me behind with my mortgage, three
months later Loancare send a check staying they
had recoverd the money. In march Loancare had
also gone up with my mortgage $60.00 more
dollars so now this make my mortgage go up
with Northstar, as of May I lost part of my income
because I became 65, I put in for Modification loan
because my income is only $1,056.00, from social
security, right now I am two months behind but
I trying to make a payment by 10/3/14. I need help
so bad with this situation I do not want to lose the
home, isthere any you can look into this situation
maybe lower interest and lower payments. I can
